Mod Organizer - Needs a few workarounds for oblivion, but if you dont mind extra hassle and workarounds you can use this in combination with Wrye Bash. Most people will use in combination with WB for the few mods requiring TESMM. TES Mod Manager - Considered beginner friendly, but not as powerful as Wrye Bash.
